CCR Stellwagen Special 7'

The Stellwagen Special is an 80–130 lb class tuna rod built for versatility on Cape Cod and Northeast offshore trips.

Light enough to fish stand-up, but powerful enough to drop into a swivel rod holder when a bigger fish settles in, the Stellwagen Special gives anglers flexibility without needing separate setups for different fighting styles.

This build features a full set of Winthrop guides for smooth, dependable line control under heavy load and a #4 bent butt for added leverage when the fight gets serious.

Key Features

• 80–130 lb class
• Versatile stand-up or rod-holder fighting setup

Red Top Tip: The Stellwagen Special is a great choice for anglers who want one tuna rod that can comfortably transition from stand-up fishing to a swivel rod holder when a larger fish demands more leverage.
