Our Staff
AJ has worked at Red Top since he was a teenager. Since then, he has become the proud owner of Red Top Sporting Goods and serves the fishing community everyday.
Tom Coots has been an owner of Red Top since 2010. His love for fishing started when he was young fishing the ponds and lakes around his hometown. To this day, Tom is still a freshwater enthusiast and fishes all around Cape Cod and Massachusetts.
Connor has worked at Red Top since 2020 and currently serves as Red Top's floor manager. Connor specializes in both inshore and offshore boat fishing, as well as beach fishing for Striped Bass.
Bull has worked at Red Top longer than most of our employee's have been alive. He has been fishing the Canal since 1967 and knows it like the back of his hand. His nickname "Bull" was created as he is 6'8".
Howie has worked at Red Top since 2021 and is a lead sales associate. Howie also is our in-house videographer and editor. He specializes in boat fishing around Buzzards Bay and the Islands.
Ian has worked at Red Top since 2020 and is a lead sales associate at the shop. He specializes in Striper fishing from both the beach and Cape Cod Canal.
George has worked at Red Top since 2023 and is our "in-house groundfishing expert" as his love for bottom fishing is unmatched by any other angler.
Mike has worked at Red Top since 2024 and specializes in shore fishing for striped bass, but he has began to expand to offshore as well. Fun fact about Mike, he played in the MLB for 15 years!
Max has worked at Red Top since 2024 and is a local Mass maritime student. He is extremely knowledgeable as he is both a shore and boat angler.
Pat has worked at Red Top since 2024 and fishes for everything! He specializes in Striper fishing from shore, and making every fish he catches look small due to the fact he is 6'8".
Scott has worked at Red Top since 2021 and specializes in inshore fishing around Cape Cod. Scott also enjoys fishing in Florida over the winter while he attends college.
Steve has worked at Red Top since 2021. He is our in-house chunk master, as he proves to out fish many anglers by using nothing but a chunk.
Stan has worked at Red Top longer than most of our employee's have been alive. He is our in-house rod repairman, and enjoys fishing the Canal at night with nothing but a white SP Minnow.
Greg has worked at Red Top since 2006 and he specializes in just about everything. From freshwater bass fishing, to fishing the Canal and beaches, Greg takes advantage of all fisheries on the Cape.
Allen has worked at Red Top since 2008 and has been serving the community his entire life. Allen specializes in fishing the Canal, as well as some of the beaches.
